Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11566 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I wish
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، ثنا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَوَدِدْتُ أَنَّهَا فِي قَلْبِ كُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنْ أُمَّتِي» يَعْنِي: تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I wish that it were in the heart of every person of my Ummah." Meaning Surah Tabarak alladhi biyadihil-mulk.
