Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11533 — The one in ihram has been permitted
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «رُخِّصَ لِلْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِ الْحَيَّةِ وَالْعَقْرَبِ وَالْفَأْرِ وَالْحِدَأَةِ وَالْكَلْبِ الْعَقُورِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The one in ihram has been permitted to kill the snake, the scorpion, the mouse, the kite and the biting dog.
