حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ اليَشْكُرِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَضَامِينَ وَالْمَلَاقِيحِ وَحَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of madamin (the sperm in the loins of male animals), malaqih (the foetuses in the wombs of females) and habal al-habalah (the offspring of the unborn offspring of a she-camel).
