Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11448 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَدْرَكَ عَرَفَةَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الْحَجَّ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever reaches Arafat before the break of dawn has caught the Hajj."
