Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11433 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever

Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever visits a sick person wades into mercy, and when he sits with him, mercy covers him. If he visits him at the beginning of the day, seventy thousand angels seek forgiveness for him until evening, and if he visits him at the end of the day, seventy thousand angels seek forgiveness for him until morning." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, this is for the one who visits; what is there for the sick person?" He said: "Many times more than this."
