Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11386 — the Prophet ﷺ said: The child belongs

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبَّادٍ السَّعْدِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ، وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The child belongs to the owner of the bed (the husband), and for the fornicator there is deprivation."
