Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11326 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When one

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَرْقَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا رَعَفَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِ، فَلْيَنْصَرِفْ فَلْيَغْسِلْ عَنْهُ الدَّمَ، ثُمَّ لِيُعِدْ وُضُوءَهُ وَلْيَسْتَقْبِلْ صَلَاتَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When one of you has a nosebleed during his prayer, let him leave the prayer, wash off the blood, then perform ablution anew and begin his prayer afresh."
