حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ الْقَزَّازُ، ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «أَمَرَ بِلَالًا فِي لَيْلَةِ رِيحٍ وَمَطَرٍ، فَنَادَى أَنْ صَلُّوا فِي الرِّحَالِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that on a night of wind and rain the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him), and he announced: Pray in your dwellings.
