حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثنا جَدِّي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي شُعَيْبٍ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالْكَلِمَةِ مِنْ سَخَطِ اللهِ لَا يَرَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ مَا بَلَغَتْ فَيُكْتَبَ لَهُ سَخَطُهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالْكَلِمَةِ مِنْ رِضْوَانِ اللهِ لَا يَرَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ مَا بَلَغَتْ فَيُكْتَبَ لَهُ رِضْوَانُهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ يَلْقَاهٌ» ،
Sayyiduna Bilal bin al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A man speaks a word that angers Allah, not even imagining how far it will reach, and His displeasure is written for him until the Day of Resurrection. And a man speaks a word that pleases Allah, not even imagining how far it will reach, and His pleasure is written for him until the day he meets Him."
