حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ فُسْتُقَةُ، ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَمَّالُ، قَالَ: «بِلَالُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ يُكَنَّى أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ»
حَدَّثَنَا إِدْرِيسُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْمُزَنِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالْكَلِمَةِ مِنْ رِضْوَانِ اللهِ لَا يَظُنُّ أَنْ تَبْلُغَ مَا بَلَغَتْ، فَيَكْتُبُ اللهُ لَهُ بِهَا رِضْوَانَهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالْكَلِمَةِ مِنْ سَخَطِ اللهِ لَا يَرَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ مَا بَلَغَتْ، فَيَكْتُبُ اللهُ لَهُ بِهَا سَخَطَهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ يَلْقَاهُ»
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَزْرَقُ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْمُزَنِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالْكَلِمَةِ مِنْ رِضْوَانِ اللهِ مَا يَظُنُّ أَنْ تَبْلُغَ مَا بَلَغَتْ، يَكْتُبُ اللهُ لَهُ رِضْوَانَهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَإِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالْكَلِمَةِ مِنْ سَخَطِ اللهِ مَا يَظُنُّ أَنْ تَبْلُغَ مَا بَلَغَتْ يَكْتُبُ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ بِهَا سَخَطَهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ»
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ شَاهِينَ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبِرَكِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْمُزَنِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِالْكَلِمَةِ مِنْ رِضْوَانِ اللهِ وَمَا يَرَى أَنَّهَا بَلَغَتْ مَا بَلَغَتْ فَيَكْتُبُ اللهُ لَهُ بِهَا رِضَاهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِالْكَلِمَةِ مِنْ سَخَطِ اللهِ فَمَا يَرَى أَنَّهَا تَبْلُغُ مَا تَبْلُغُ فَيَكْتُبُ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ بِهَا سَخَطَهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ يلقاه»

Harun bin Abdullah al-Hammal narrates: "Bilal bin al-Harith's kunyah was Abu Abd al-Rahman."
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bilal bin al-Harith al-Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A man speaks a word that pleases Allah, not even imagining how far it will reach, and Allah, because of it, writes for him His pleasure until the Day of Resurrection. And a man speaks a word that angers Allah, not even imagining how far it will reach, and Allah, because of it, writes for him His displeasure until the day he meets Him."
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bilal bin al-Harith al-Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "One of you speaks a word that pleases Allah, not even imagining how far it will reach, and Allah writes for him His pleasure until the Day of Resurrection. And one of you speaks a word that angers Allah, not even imagining how far it will reach, and Allah, because of it, writes against him His displeasure until the Day of Resurrection."
