عبيد الله بن أبي يزيد، عن ابن عباس
Ubaydullah bin Abi Yazid from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11206 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said
حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَا: ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ النَّرْسِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْوَرْدِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَيْسَ لِيَوْمٍ فَضْلٌ عَلَى يَوْمٍ فِي الصِّيَامِ إِلَّا شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ، وَيَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In fasting, no day has virtue over another day except the month of Ramadan and the day of Ashura."
