حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمَعْمَرِيُّ، ثنا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، ثنا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنِ الْحَبَالَى وَقَالَ: «تَسْقِي مَاءَكَ زَرْعَ غَيْرِكِ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُقْسَمَ، وَعَنْ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْإِنْسِيَّةِ، وَعَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) on the day of Khaybar forbade (intercourse with) pregnant (captive) women, and said: "Would you water another's crop with your water?" And he forbade selling the spoils of war before they were distributed, eating the meat of domestic donkeys, and every predatory animal with fangs.
