حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَبَّى فِي الْعُمْرَةِ حَتَّى اسْتَلَمَ الْحَجَرَ، وَفِي الْحَجِّ حَتَّى رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that in Umrah the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) continued reciting the talbiyah until he had touched the Black Stone, and in Hajj he continued the talbiyah until he had stoned the Jamrah.
