حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَارِمٌ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنِ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا فَلَا يَبْتَعْهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَهُ» وَأَحْسِبُ أَنَّ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ مِثْلُهُ
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever buys grain should not buy it until he has received it in full." And I think that everything has the same ruling.
