Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10627 — the Prophet ﷺ prayed for rain, saying: O

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صُبَيْحٍ الزَّيَّاتُ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثنا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ثنا أَبِي، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ الْمُخْتَارِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَسْقَى فَقَالَ: «اللهُمَّ اسْقِنَا غَيْثًا مُغِيثًا مَرِيعًا، طَبَقًا عَاجِلًا غَيْرَ رَائِثٍ، نَافِعًا غَيْرَ ضَارٍّ» ، فَمَا لَبِثْنَا أَنْ مُطِرْنَا حَتَّى سَالَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ، حَتَّى أَتَوْهُ فَقَالُوا: قَدْ غَرِقْنَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اللهُمَّ حَوَالَيْنَا، وَلَا عَلَيْنَا»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed for rain, saying: "O Allah, grant us rain that brings relief (from hardship), brings forth produce, covers (everything), comes quickly without delay, and is beneficial and not harmful." Not much time had passed before it began to rain, until everything was flowing, so much so that the people came to him (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "We are drowning!" So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah, around us and not upon us."
