Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10497 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا شَاذُّ بْنُ الْفَيَّاضِ، ثنا أَبُو هِلَالٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ، عَنْ نَاجِيَةَ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «خَلَقَ اللهُ يَحْيَى بْنَ زَكَرِيَّا فِي بَطْنِ أُمِّهِ مُؤْمِنًا، وَخَلَقَ فِرْعَوْنَ فِي بَطْنِ أُمِّهِ كَافِرًا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah created Yahya bin Zakariyya (peace be upon them both) a believer in his mother's womb, and created Pharaoh a disbeliever in his mother's womb."
