Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10465 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Allah, the Mighty

حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدَةَ النَّهْدِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَمْ يُحَرِّمْ حُرْمَةً إِلَّا وَقَدْ عَلِمَ أَنَّهُ سَيَطَّلِعُهَا مِنْكُمْ مُطَّلِعٌ، أَلَا وَإِنِّي مُمْسِكٌ بِحُجُزِكُمْ أَنْ تَهَافَتُونَ فِي النَّارِ كَمَا تَهَافَتَ الْفَرَاشُ وَالذُّبَابُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, has not made anything sacred except that He knew that someone among you would look into it. Listen! I am holding you by your waists so that you do not fall into the Fire the way moths and flies fall."
