Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10422 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: A Muslim

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقَتَّاتُ الْكُوفِيُّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَا: ثنا عَوْنُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ شَمِرٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ الْمُسْلِمَ لِيَصْنَعُ فِي ثُلُثِهِ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ خَيْرًا، فَيُوَفِّي اللهُ بِذَلِكَ زَكَاتَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) as a marfu' report that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A Muslim man does good with a third (of his wealth) at the time of his death, and Allah thereby completes his zakah."
