Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10293 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: No

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَيْثَمَةَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا وُضِعَ مِنْ دَاءٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا وَقَدْ جُعِلَ لَهُ شِفَاءٌ، عَلِمَهُ مَنْ عَلِمَهُ، وَجَهِلَهُ مَنْ جَهِلَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No disease has been placed on earth except that a cure has been made for it; whoever knows it knows it, and whoever does not know it remains unaware of it."
