حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمَّارُ الْبَصْرِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا أَيُّوبُ السِّخْتِيَانِيُّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ صَبْرٍ مُتَعَمِّدًا لِيَقْطَعَ مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ، لَقِيَ اللهَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ» ، وَقَرَأَ {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا} [آل عمران: ٧٧] الْآيَةَ. رَفَعَهُ يَزِيدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever deliberately swears a false oath in order to seize the wealth of a Muslim without right will meet Allah on the Day of Resurrection while Allah is angry with him." And he (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse: "Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their oaths for a small price" [Surah Al Imran: 77], the complete verse.
Yazid bin Ibrahim narrated it as marfu' (attributed to the Prophet), whereas Hammad bin Zayd did not narrate it as marfu'.
