قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ .
2814 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ : حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى .
2814 \ 3 - وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ سِنَانِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : التَّأَنِّي مِنَ اللهِ تَعَالَى ، وَالْعَجَلَةُ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ، مَا شَيْءٌ أَكْثَرَ مَعَاذِيرَ مِنَ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ، وَمَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللهِ تَعَالَى مِنَ الْحَمْدِ .
2814 \ 4 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ بِهَذَا .

2814 \ 3 - وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ سِنَانِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : التَّأَنِّي مِنَ اللهِ تَعَالَى ، وَالْعَجَلَةُ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ، مَا شَيْءٌ أَكْثَرَ مَعَاذِيرَ مِنَ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ، وَمَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللهِ تَعَالَى مِنَ الْحَمْدِ .
2814 \ 4 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ بِهَذَا .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Deliberateness (acting with reflection and composure) is from Allah Almighty (a praiseworthy quality), and haste is from Satan. And there is none who accepts the excuses of servants more than Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, and there is nothing more beloved to Allah Almighty than His praise."
Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah, Ahmad bin Mani', al-Harith and Abu Ya'la narrated it through Yunus bin Muhammad, Hasan bin Musa and Abu al-Nadr, by way of al-Layth bin Sa'd, Yazid bin Abi Habib and Sinan bin Sa'd.
Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah, Ahmad bin Mani', al-Harith and Abu Ya'la narrated it through Yunus bin Muhammad, Hasan bin Musa and Abu al-Nadr, by way of al-Layth bin Sa'd, Yazid bin Abi Habib and Sinan bin Sa'd.
وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : دَخَلْتُ مَعَ أَبِي عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَانْتَجَاهُ دُونِي ، فَقُلْتُ : يَا أَبَهْ ، أَيُّ شَيْءٍ قَالَ لَكَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ قَالَ : قَالَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِي : إِذَا هَمَمْتَ بِأَمْرٍ ، فَعَلَيْكَ بِالتُّؤَدَةِ ، حَتَّى يَأْتِيَكَ اللهُ بِالْمَخْرَجِ مِنْ أَمْرِكَ .
2815 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَقَالَ فِي آخِرِهِ : حَتَّى يَأْتِيَكَ اللهُ بِفَرَجٍ مِنْ أَمْرِكَ .
2815 \ 3 - وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ نَحْوَهُ .
2815 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَقَالَ فِي آخِرِهِ : حَتَّى يَأْتِيَكَ اللهُ بِفَرَجٍ مِنْ أَمْرِكَ .
2815 \ 3 - وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ نَحْوَهُ .
It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) from the tribe of Bali that he said: I went with my father to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) spoke privately with my father, apart from me. I said: "O my father, what did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say to you?" He replied that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "When you intend to do something, hold fast to seriousness, forbearance and calm, until Allah Almighty creates for you a way out of this matter of yours."
Abu Ya'la narrated it through Ahmad bin Ibrahim al-Dawraqi from Abu Mu'awiyah, and at its end he recorded these words: "Until Allah Almighty brings about relief and success for you in your matter."
Al-Harith narrated it from Abdullah bin Muhammad, from al-Mubarak bin Fadalah, from Sa'd bin Sa'id, in a similar way.
Abu Ya'la narrated it through Ahmad bin Ibrahim al-Dawraqi from Abu Mu'awiyah, and at its end he recorded these words: "Until Allah Almighty brings about relief and success for you in your matter."
Al-Harith narrated it from Abdullah bin Muhammad, from al-Mubarak bin Fadalah, from Sa'd bin Sa'id, in a similar way.
