قَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَعْنٍ الْمُجَاشِعِيِّ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَلَفٍ الطَّلْحِيِّ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : الرَّاشِي وَالْمُرْتَشِي فِي النَّارِ .
It is narrated from a distinguished Companion from among the Muhajirun (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The one who gives a bribe and the one who takes a bribe will both be in the Fire of Hell."

قَالَ : وَحَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَتْ : لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الرَّاشِيَ وَالْمُرْتَشِيَ .
2186 \ 2 - رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَنِيعٍ .
وَقَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : لَا نَعْلَمُهُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، وَهُوَ لَيِّنٌ .
2186 \ 2 - رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَنِيعٍ .
وَقَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : لَا نَعْلَمُهُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، وَهُوَ لَيِّنٌ .
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that "the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who gives a bribe and the one who takes a bribe."
Abu Ya'la narrated it from Ahmad bin Mani'.
And Imam al-Bazzar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "We know this hadith from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) only through this chain; Ishaq bin Yahya is alone in narrating it, and he is layyin (a soft, weak narrator)."
Abu Ya'la narrated it from Ahmad bin Mani'.
And Imam al-Bazzar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "We know this hadith from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) only through this chain; Ishaq bin Yahya is alone in narrating it, and he is layyin (a soft, weak narrator)."
وَقَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، عَنْ فِطْرٍ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ : إِنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ عَبْدَ اللهِ عَنِ السُّحْتِ ؟ قَالَ : الرِّشَا ، قَالَ : فَالْجَوْرُ فِي الْحُكْمِ ؟ قَالَ : ذَاكَ الْكُفْرُ " .
2187 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، ثَنَا فِطْرٌ بِهَذَا ، وَلَفْظُهُ : كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ : مَا السُّحْتُ ؟ قَالَ : الرِّشَا . قَالَ : فَالْجَوْرُ فِي الْحُكْمِ ؟ قَالَ : ذَاكَ الْكُفْرُ . [ثُمَّ قَرَأَ : وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْـزَلَ اللهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ ] .
تَابَعَهُ شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، أَخْرَجَهُ الْحَاكِمُ .
2187 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، ثَنَا فِطْرٌ بِهَذَا ، وَلَفْظُهُ : كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ : مَا السُّحْتُ ؟ قَالَ : الرِّشَا . قَالَ : فَالْجَوْرُ فِي الْحُكْمِ ؟ قَالَ : ذَاكَ الْكُفْرُ . [ثُمَّ قَرَأَ : وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْـزَلَ اللهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ ] .
تَابَعَهُ شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، أَخْرَجَهُ الْحَاكِمُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man asked him about suht (unlawful wealth). He said: "It means bribery." The man asked: Then what is the ruling on injustice in judgement? He replied: "That is disbelief (kufr)."
Imam Abu Ya'la (may Allah have mercy on him) also narrated it with these words: Masruq (may Allah have mercy on him) states: I was sitting with Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) when a man asked him: What is suht? He said: "It is bribery." The man asked: Then what do you say about wrongdoing in judgement? He said: "That is disbelief." Then he recited this blessed verse: "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, then it is they who are the disbelievers" [Surah al-Ma'idah: 44].
Imam Shu'bah (may Allah have mercy on him) corroborated Mansur in this narration, and Imam al-Hakim (may Allah have mercy on him) also recorded it.
