بَابُ إِتْيَانِ الْمَرْأَةِ فِي دبرها

وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا الْخَلِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ .
Imam al-Harith narrated with his chain from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him); according to the narration of Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The rear passages (the place of excrement) of women are forbidden to you,"
وَبِهِ : عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ . قَالَ فِي رِوَايَةِ سَمُرَةَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَحَاشُّ النِّسَاءِ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ " .
وَقَالَ فِي رِوَايَةِ عِمْرَانَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُؤْتَى النِّسَاءُ فِي أَعْجَازِهِنَّ " .
زَادَ فِيهَا : قَالَ الْحَسَنُ : وَهَلْ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا كُلُّ أَحْمَقَ فَاجِرٍ؟
وَقَالَ فِي رِوَايَةِ عِمْرَانَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُؤْتَى النِّسَاءُ فِي أَعْجَازِهِنَّ " .

In the narration of Sayyiduna Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) there is: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade having intercourse with women in their rear (the anus)."
In this narration this scholarly addition is also reported, that Imam al-Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said in condemnation of this vile act: "Who would do such a thing except an utterly foolish and wicked person?"

وَقَالَ الْبَزَّارُ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ .
1617 \ 1 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ قَالَ : ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْيَمَانِ ، عَنْ زَمْعَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ .
قَالَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ : عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ . قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ : عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامَ . ثُمَّ اتَّفَقَا ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْهَادِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اسْتَحْيُوا مِنَ اللهِ تَعَالَى ; فَإِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ ، لَا تَأْتُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي أَدْبَارِهِنَّ ".

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Be shy of Allah Almighty, for Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, is not shy of stating the truth; do not approach women in their rear passages (anus)."
Imam al-Bazzar and Imam Abu Ya'la have described the partial difference found among the narrators in the chain of this hadith regarding Salamah bin Wahram and Ibn Tawus, which afterwards converges through Abdullah bin al-Had on Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).
