إِسْحَاقُ : أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ وَاضِحٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ الرَّبَذِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ وَغَيْرِهِ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : الْحَلَالُ بَيِّنٌ ، وَالْحَرَامُ بَيِّنٌ ، وَبَيْنَهُمَا مُشْتَبِهَاتٌ ، فَمَنْ تَوَقَّاهُنَّ كَانَ أَتْقَى لِدِينِهِ ، وَمَنْ وَاقَعَهُنَّ أَوْشَكَ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَ الْكَبَائِرَ ، كَالْمُرْتَعِي إِلَى جَانِبِ الْحِمَى أَوْشَكَ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَهُ ، وَإِنَّ لِكُلِّ مَلِكٍ حِمًى ، وَحِمَى اللهِ تَعَالَى حُدُودُهُ .
هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ ضَعِيفٌ ، لَهُ شَاهِدٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - .
1420 \ 2 - وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الزِّبْرِقَانِ ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنِي سَعْدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - نَحْوَهُ .
هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ ضَعِيفٌ ، لَهُ شَاهِدٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - .
1420 \ 2 - وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الزِّبْرِقَانِ ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنِي سَعْدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - نَحْوَهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The lawful is clear and the unlawful is clear, and between them are doubtful matters. Whoever guards himself against the doubtful matters is more God-fearing in protecting his religion, and whoever falls into them will soon fall into the major sins, like a shepherd grazing (his flock) at the edge of a protected pasture who is about to stray into it. Beware! Every king has a protected pasture, and the protected pasture of Allah Almighty is His limits, that is, the things He has forbidden." Note: This chain is weak, but the hadith of Sayyiduna al-Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) in Sahih al-Bukhari and Muslim is a supporting report (shahid) for it. Abu Ya'la also narrated it in a similar way.
مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، ثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ الصَّوَّافُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : جِئْتُ بِاللَّيْلِ أَنَا وَسَعْدٌ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - إِلَى بُسْتَانٍ ذِي نَخْلٍ ، فَطَلَبْنَا صَاحِبَ الْبُسْتَانِ فَلَمْ نَجِدْهُ ، فَقَالَ لِي سَعْدٌ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - : إِنْ سَرَّكَ أَنْ تَكُونَ مُسْلِمًا حَقًّا ، فَلَا تَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا . قَالَ : فَظَلَّيْنَا جَائِعَيْنِ .
It is narrated from Abu Abd al-Rahman, the freed slave of Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him), that he said: Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) and I went at night to an orchard of date palms. We looked for the owner of the orchard but did not find him, so Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) said to me: "If it pleases you to be a true and sincere Muslim, then do not eat anything from it (this orchard)." The narrator said: So we spent the night hungry.
