قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ وُضُوءَهُ ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ مَسْجِدَ قُبَاءٍ فَرَكَعَ فِيهِ أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ ، كَانَ ذَلِكَ عَدْلَ عُمْرَةٍ .
مُوسَى : ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ مِنْ وَجْهٍ أَحْسَنَ مِنْهُ ، لَكِنْ بِغَيْرِ هَذَا السِّيَاقِ .
مُوسَى : ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ مِنْ وَجْهٍ أَحْسَنَ مِنْهُ ، لَكِنْ بِغَيْرِ هَذَا السِّيَاقِ .
Abu Bakr (Ibn Abi Shaybah) narrated through Abdullah bin Numayr, Musa bin Ubaydah, Yusuf bin Tahman and Abu Umamah bin Sahl, from his father (Sayyiduna Sahl bin Hunayf, may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever performs ablution and performs it well, then comes to the Mosque of Quba' and prays four rak'ahs in it, that will be equal to an Umrah." Musa (the narrator) is da'if (weak); Imam al-Nasa'i and Imam Ibn Majah narrated it with a better chain than this, but not in this context.
وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ : ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، نَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنِ الْأَغَرِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ يَأْتِي قُبَاءً رَاكِبًا وَمَاشِيًا .
Imam al-Harith narrated through Muhammad bin Umar, al-Walid bin Kathir and al-Agharr from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to come to Quba' sometimes riding and sometimes on foot."
وَقَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، قَالَ : أَتَى عُمَرُ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - مَسْجِدَ قُبَاءٍ فَأَمَرَ أَبَا لَيْلَى ، فَقَالَ لَهُ : اجْتَنِبِ الْعَوَاهِنَ ، وَاكْنُسِ الْمَسْجِدَ بِسَعَفَةٍ ، قَالَ : وَلَوْ كَانَ هَذَا الْمَسْجِدُ فِي أُفُقٍ مِنَ الْآفَاقِ ، أَوْ مِصْرٍ مِنَ الْأَمْصَارِ ، لَكَانَ يَنْبَغِي لَنَا أَنْ نَأْتِيَهُ .
Musaddad narrated through Sufyan, al-Walid bin Kathir and a man that Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the Mosque of Quba' and instructed Abu Layla, saying: "Avoid worn-out and useless things, and sweep the mosque with a palm branch." He (may Allah be pleased with him) also said: "Even if this mosque were in some distant corner of the world or in any of the cities, it would still be fitting for us to come to visit it."
