قَالَ : وَحَدَّثَنَا الرَّهَاوِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا - قَالَ : كُنْتُ فِي جِنَازَةٍ ، فَإِذَا فِيهَا مِرْيَةٌ ، فَجَعَلَ يَرُدُّهَا ، فَجَعَلَتْ لَا تُبَالِي ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا - : يَا مُجَاهِدُ ، إِنَّا نُرِيدُ الْأَجْرَ ، وَهَذِهِ تُرِيدُ الْوِزْرَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he related: I was attending a funeral, and suddenly a woman appeared there. Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) began to push her away and send her back (from there), but she did not care in the least. Then Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), (addressing me), said: "O Mujahid, we seek reward, while this woman seeks to gather sin."
