وَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ : حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - يَقُولُ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ فِي جَوَازِ الْبُكَاءِ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ وَفِي حُكْمِ النَّوْحِ .
( 33 ) وَسَيَأْتِي إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ تَعَالَى تَمَامُهُ فِي كِتَابِ الزُّهْدِ .

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) narrated a hadith concerning the permissibility of weeping over the deceased and the ruling on wailing. Its complete narration will come, if Allah wills, in the Book of Zuhd (Asceticism).
