Al-Matalib al-'Aliyah 840 — Burial in a single grave

It is narrated from Jamilah bint Sa'd bin al-Rabi' (may Allah have mercy on her) that she said: "My father and my uncle were martyred on the day of the Battle of Uhud, and both were buried in a single grave. I received nothing from the inheritance of the two of them, because their allies took all the wealth."
I (Ibn Hajar) say: In this chain, Jabir al-Ju'fi is da'if (weak). Another narration states that her uncle took the wealth her father had left, then, upon her mother's request, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prevented him from that and ordered that Jamilah be given half of that wealth. Imam al-Tabari and other commentators have mentioned this incident in the commentary on Surah al-Nisa.
