قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ قَالَ : كَانَ أَنَسٌ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَكُونُ فِي قَصْرِهِ ، فَأَحْيَانًا يُجَمِّعُ ، وَأَحْيَانًا لَا يُجَمِّعُ .
It is narrated from Humayd al-Tawil (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) used to stay in his palace (outside the city), and sometimes he would come (to the city for the Friday prayer) and sometimes he would not come.
