حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ : إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْتَرَ عَلَى حِمَارِهِ ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ إِلَى خَيْبَرَ .
It is narrated from Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) that "the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the witr prayer while riding his donkey, and at that time he (peace and blessings be upon him) was heading in the direction of Khaybar."
In the chain of this narration, the imams of hadith have declared Ibrahim bin al-Fadl da'if (weak) and matruk (abandoned). Moreover, this is a mursal narration, because Ibrahim al-Nakha'i is a Successor and his hearing from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is not established.
