قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ : إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ إِذَا رَكَعَ ، وَإِذَا خَفَضَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both): "When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) bowed, and when he lowered himself (to prostrate), he used to say the takbir (Allahu akbar)."
Imam Abu Dawud said: "Zam'ah narrated this hadith to us by way of Amr bin Dinar."
