وَقَالَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ : حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا .
وَطَلْحَةُ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : نُهِيتُ عَنِ التَّعَرِّي ، وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ النُّبُوَّةُ .
وَطَلْحَةُ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : نُهِيتُ عَنِ التَّعَرِّي ، وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ النُّبُوَّةُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I was forbidden (even in childhood) from being naked and exposing my private parts." And this matter was even before the revelation of the office of prophethood came down upon him (peace and blessings be upon him).
Imam al-Tayalisi transmitted this hadith via Amr bin Thabit, from Simak, from Ikrimah; and also Talhah through Ata, from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both).
