وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - رِوَايَةً - قَالَ : لَوْ كَانَ الْإِيمَانُ مُعَلَّقًا بِالثُّرَيَّا لَنَالَهُ نَاسٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ فَارِسَ .
4190 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَهَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بِهِ .
وَرَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَصَرَّحَ بِرَفْعِهِ ، وَقَالَ فِيهِ : وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ : مِنْ بَنِي الْحَمْرَاءِ بَنِي الْمُوَالِي .
صَحِيحٌ .
4190 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَهَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بِهِ .
وَرَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَصَرَّحَ بِرَفْعِهِ ، وَقَالَ فِيهِ : وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ : مِنْ بَنِي الْحَمْرَاءِ بَنِي الْمُوَالِي .
صَحِيحٌ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Qays bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) (as a hadith) that he said: "If faith were hanging from the Pleiades (stars), some people from among the people of Persia would surely attain it."
Imam Abu Ya'la narrated it with the chain of Abu Bakr and Harun bin Ma'ruf from Sufyan, while Imam al-Bazzar transmitted it explicitly as a saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (marfu'), and it is also mentioned in it that the narrator probably said the words "Banu al-Hamra'," that is, "the mawali" (non-Arabs). This hadith is sahih (authentic).
