It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amr bin al-Hamiq (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "I offered milk to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in his noble presence to drink, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) (appreciating this service of mine) made this supplication: 'Matta'ahullahu bi-shababihi' (May Allah Almighty let him enjoy his youth for a long time and grant him its benefit)."
Imam Abu Bakr Ibn Abi Shaybah recorded this hadith in his Musnad; this report is weak in its chain because of the solitary narration of the narrator named Ishaq bin Abi Farwah and his being matruk (abandoned) and da'if (weak); however, reports of this kind are presented within the virtues of the Companions.
