حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبَّادَانِيُّ ، ثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ نُوحِ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ عَنِ الْأَجْوَدِ ؟ اللهُ الْأَجْوَدُ ، وَأَنَا أَجْوَدُ وَلَدِ آدَمَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I not tell you about the one who is the most generous in bestowing and giving? Allah Almighty is the most generous of all, and I am the most generous of all the children of Adam."
The chain of this narration contains Suwayd bin Abd al-Aziz and Nuh bin Dhakwan, who are weak narrators, and because of this the hadith is weak in terms of its chain.
