It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: "O Ali! Recite Surah Ya Sin, for in the recitation of Surah Ya Sin ten kinds of blessings are hidden: no hungry person recites it but he is filled; no thirsty person recites it but his thirst is quenched; no person without clothing recites it but he is given clothing; no unmarried person recites it but Allah Almighty arranges his marriage; no frightened person recites it but he is granted safety and security; no prisoner recites it but he is released from captivity; no traveller recites it but he is given unseen help in his journey; no person who has lost something recites it but he finds his lost item again; no sick person recites it but he is granted health and cure; and it is not recited near a person whose time of death is near but Allah Almighty lightens his distress."
In terms of its chain, this report is extremely weak, indeed mawdu' (fabricated). Its chain contains narrators such as Hammad bin Amr and al-Sari bin Khalid, who were known for fabricating hadith; on this basis Ibn al-Jawzi and other imams of narrator criticism declared it unreliable and false.
