وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَرَأَ : فَسَيَرَى اللهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salamah bin al-Akwa' (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recited (this blessed verse of the Qur'an): "Then Allah will see your deeds, and so will His Messenger and the believers" [Surah al-Tawbah: 105].
