وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ : أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ السَّلَفَ الْمَضْمُونَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَدْ أَحَلَّهُ اللهُ تَعَالَى وَأَذِنَ فِيهِ قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى جَلَّ ذِكْرُهُ : يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا تَدَايَنْتُمْ بِدَيْنٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى فَاكْتُبُوهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "I bear witness that the guaranteed salaf sale for a fixed term (in which the price is paid in advance and the goods are delivered later) has been made lawful by Allah Almighty, and He has granted permission for it." Then, as proof, he recited this saying of Allah Almighty, exalted be His mention: O you who believe, when you contract a debt for a specified term, write it down [Surah al-Baqarah: 282].
The chain of this report is sahih (authentic), and Imam Ibn Abi Umar recorded it in his Musnad.
