قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، ثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، حَدَّثَتْنِي حَفْصَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ قَالَ : " إِنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ كَانَ لَا يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ . "
It is narrated from Abu al-Aliyah (may Allah have mercy on him): "Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) would not recite the Noble Qur'an (in full) in less than three days."
