It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Gatherings are of three kinds: the one that gains, the one that remains safe, and the one that perishes. The gaining one is the gathering in which Allah Almighty is remembered abundantly; the safe one is that in which a person stays silent, so there is neither any burden against him nor any reward for him; and the perishing one is the gathering in which a person's speech and his deeds are in disobedience to Allah, the Blessed and Exalted."
Imam Musaddad narrated this hadith in his Musnad; however, the narrator named Yahya bin Ubaydullah in its chain is weak.
