وَقَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا بَشِيرُ بْنُ سُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ نُفَيْعِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا ، تَقُولُ : " لَمْ يُنْخَلْ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَقِيقٌ قَطُّ " .
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her): "Flour was never once sifted with a sieve for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) (in his entire blessed life)."
Imam Musaddad narrated this in his Musnad; however, its chain contains Nufay' bin al-Harith, who is a da'if (weak) narrator according to the hadith scholars.
