It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever denies the divine decree or argues and disputes about it has certainly rejected the guidance and law with which I have been sent, and he has disbelieved in the revelation that was sent down upon Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)."
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded this hadith (hadith: 2946). Its chain contains a narrator named Sawwar bin Mus'ab, who is matruk (abandoned) in hadith; therefore, academically and technically, this narration is severely weak.
