وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِنَّهُ سَيَكُونُ بَعْدِي أَئِمَّةٌ فَسَقَةٌ ، يُصَلُّونَ الصَّلَاةَ لِغَيْرِ وَقْتِهَا ، فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ فَصَلُّوا الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا ، وَاجْعَلُوا الصَّلَاةَ مَعَهُمْ نَافِلَةً " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, after me there will soon be rulers and imams who will be steeped in sin and wrongdoing; they will offer the prayer away from its proper (preferred and Sunnah) time (by delaying it). So when they adopt such a course, offer the prayer at its correct time, and make the prayer offered with them (again in congregation) a voluntary prayer for yourselves."
