Al-Matalib al-'Aliyah 2660 — A beautiful face

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek goodness, benefit and the fulfilment of your needs from those who have beautiful and radiant faces (that is, whose countenances show signs of nobility, generosity and good character)."
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded this hadith in his Musnad; the hadith scholars have declared it weak because of the female narrator in its chain, Jabrah bint Muhammad, although other supporting reports with this meaning have also been transmitted.
