It is narrated from Abu al-Khasib that a man asked Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) about the sacrifice, and he said: "Dislike and avoid (for sacrifice) animals that are one-eyed and whose one-eyedness is plainly evident, and a lame animal whose lameness is evident, and a sick animal whose sickness is evident, and an emaciated animal whose emaciation is evident."
