وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ [أَيْضًا] : حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ ، ثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : مَنْ شَهِدَ شَهَادَةً اسْتَبَاحَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَوْ سَفَكَ بِهَا دَمَهُ ، فَقَدِ اسْتَوْجَبَ النَّارَ " .
2204 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ ، ثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بِهَذَا
وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ هُوَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ ، عَنْ مُعْتَمِرٍ ، مِثْلَهُ .
2204 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ ، ثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بِهَذَا
وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ هُوَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ ، عَنْ مُعْتَمِرٍ ، مِثْلَهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "Whoever gives a testimony through which the wealth of a Muslim is wrongfully seized or his blood is wrongfully shed has made Hell binding (upon himself)."
Abu Ya'la said: al-Hasan narrated to us; he said: al-Mu'tamir narrated to us with this narration. And Ubaydullah bin Umar al-Qawariri narrated to us from al-Mu'tamir something like it.
