وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، ثَنَا بَحِيرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْكَلَاعِيُّ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَطِيَّةَ ، قَالَ : إِنَّ رَجُلًا تُوُفِّيَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ . فَذَكَرَهُ بِتَمَامِهِ .
( 9 ) وَسَيَأْتِي إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ تَعَالَى فِي الْجَنَائِزِ .

It is narrated from Abu Atiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said: "Indeed, a man died in the blessed time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)." Then the narrator mentioned the whole hadith in detail.
