قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ : أَخْبَرَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، عَنِ الْوَزِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ - وَهُوَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ - عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : مَنْ مَنَحَهُ الْمُشْرِكُونَ أَرْضًا فَلَا أَرْضَ لَهُ .
2048 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، ثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الطَّالْقَانِيُّ ، ثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، بِهِ .
2048 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، ثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الطَّالْقَانِيُّ ، ثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، بِهِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is given land as a gift by the polytheists, that land has no (legal) standing for him." Imam Abu Ya'la also narrated this hadith with the same wording through the chain of Zuhayr, from Abu Ishaq al-Talaqani, from Baqiyyah bin al-Walid.
