وَعَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ خِلَاسٍ قَالَ : إِنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كِتَابُ اللهِ تَعَالَى : أَنْ لَا دِيَةَ لَهُ .
Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Khilas (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Book of Allah Almighty (its command and ruling) is that there is no blood-money (diyah) for him (that person)."
