( 81 ) حَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فِي الرَّجْمِ يَأْتِي إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ تَعَالَى فِي تَفْسِيرِ الْمَائِدَةِ .
قَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَسَدِيُّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ نَجِيحٍ أَبِي عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : رَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمْ ، وَأَمْرُهُمَا سُنَّةٌ .
قَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَسَدِيُّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ نَجِيحٍ أَبِي عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : رَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمْ ، وَأَمْرُهُمَا سُنَّةٌ .
(81) The hadith of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) concerning stoning will come, in sha' Allah, under the tafsir of Surah al-Ma'idah.
Imam Abu Ya'la (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates with his chain from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) carried out stoning (of the married fornicator), and after him (peace and blessings be upon him) Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq and Sayyiduna Umar al-Faruq (may Allah be pleased with them both) also enforced the punishment of stoning, and this practice of these two eminent caliphs is Sunnah."
